The fashion brand, known for its handbags, opened the branch in the Victoria Leeds shopping district on Friday (June 25).
It's located near Louis Vuitton in the decadent Country Arcade, opposite Church's.
Posting on Facebook, Victoria Leeds said: "The stunning new boutique is full of crisp colour, a keen wit, graphic prints and playful sophistication.
"There's also a few secret treats for a little while to celebrate opening, but you'll have to visit the team in-store to find out more."
The American fashion house was founded in 1993 by Kate and Andy Spade and sells designer handbags, accessories, jewellery and clothing.
The new shop is the first standalone Kate Spade store in Leeds.
