Leeds favourite The Botanist hosts a fifth birthday bash

The Botanist is preparing to see in summer in style.

Trinity Leeds’ basement bar, is about to celebrate its fifth birthday and the social butterflies of Leeds are invited to the party.

Expect some curious but complimentary cocktails and canapas at the birthday bash next Thursday (June 21) as the bar has teamed up with Masons Gin and Disaronno.

There will also be an unveiling of the new ‘magical terrace’ and live music throughout the night from 6pm.

The terrace seats just shy of an extra 40 people so more can make the most of summer weather, fancy drinks and the new food menu.

Dave Robinson, sales manager said: “We are celebrating five years of botanical creations with a very special birthday event on the 21st June plus people will have the chance to be of the one first to see our magical new terrace.”

And the early bird catches the worm so to speak - or the new early bloom menu served before 6.30pm during the week.

Look out for a variation on The Botanist menu staple, a hanging halloumi and falafel kebab, salted crispy calamari, grilled burgers and a Leeds favourite dessert sticky toffee pudding.
