These are the Leeds postcodes set to see the biggest house price rises in 2020

These seven Leeds postcodes are predicted to see the biggest house price rises in 2020, according to new data from PropCast.

PropCast analysed the performance of 4,912 property sales across Yorkshire’s 32 postcode districts to identify the strongest and weakest property markets. These seven districts in West Yorkshire predicted to see the biggest price rises. Images are for illustrative purposes only.
