House selling weather forecast, Propcast, analysed the performance of property sales across Leeds to identify the postcode districts that are expected to have the strongest seller’s market in 2020. Propcast counted the number of homes currently for sale and calculated the percentage of those that are under offer, or subject to contract, to reveal a ‘temperature recording’. These 10 postcode districts were found to have a ‘heat temperature’ of 35 and above, meaning they are within a ‘hot’ sellers’ market. Images are for illustrative purposes only.
