West Yorkshire is a great place to call home but some areas come with a higher price tag than others.
According to Zoopla's Rich List of Property Values, which analysed the region's latest property prices, some streets in the area have averages prices of more than £1.3million. These are the most expensive streets in West Yorkshire, according to Zoopla:

Linton Lan, in Wetherby (LS22) has an average house price of £1,893,410, according to Zoopla.
Manor House Lane in Alwoodley, Leeds (LS17) has an average house price of £1,587,607, according to Zoopla.
Roundhay Park Lane in Moor Allerton, Leeds (LS17) has an average house price of £1,578,936, according to Zoopla.
Hebers Ghyll Drive in Ilkley (LS29) has an average house price of £1,514,901 according to Zoopla.
