Vita student has luxury student accommodation blocks right across the UK, and Leeds is home to two of the best: Portland Crescent and St Albans. The former is a brand new building located on Woodhouse Lane, directly next to Leeds Beckett University's Business School and just a short walk from the University of Leeds. St Albans is another new build at the top of Briggate. Leeds City Council says there are currently 15 approved applications for new student accommodation schemes in the city centre - with five more planning applications having been submitted recently. This means there will be a further 3,691 self-contained residential units in Leeds, with an additional 463 flats added if newer applications are given the go-ahead. So what could they look like?
