Mr Dhand said, “Despite the impact of COVID-19, we remain optimistic around the residential property market and we’re continuing to fulfil the ongoing demand for high quality, city centre homes in Leeds.

"Park Square is one of the city centre’s most prestigious addresses, within the coveted LS1 postcode, and the outstanding traditional Georgian Park.

"It is a privilege to be developing in this area for our future residents and we can’t wait to reveal more on these luxury apartments in the coming weeks.”

Dhand also cited last week’s announcement by the BBC that a number of national journalism jobs will move to Leeds from London, as being positive for the market.

He said: "The move of key BBC jobs to Leeds is great news for the city and the wider region and along with relocations by Channel 4 and the Department of Transport, will provide a further boost to the local economy.”

MGI is behind a number of bespoke/boutique developments, including the recently completed 15 Park Place and 49A St Pauls Street, which is home to the city centre’s largest apartment, The Trilogy.
