According to Zoopla's Rich List of Property Values, which analysed the region's latest property prices, some streets in the area have averages prices of more than £1.3million. These are the most expensive streets in West Yorkshire, according to Zoopla:

Linton Lan, in Wetherby (LS22) has an average house price of £1,893,410, according to Zoopla.
Manor House Lane in Alwoodley, Leeds (LS17) has an average house price of £1,587,607, according to Zoopla.
