Planning consent for the Weavers’ Chase development of 62 homes on six acres of land off Albert Road, close to Morley town centre and six miles south west of Leeds, has been granted by Leeds City Council.

This revised permission reduces the number of homes to 62, adds a secondary access into the site and has made some changes to the mix and siting of the homes as well as to the house types. The site will be landscaped to incorporate new planting and areas of public open space. A community package, in association with the development, totals just under £1.5m and includes nine affordable homes.

The private sale homes will feature a mix of semi-detached and detached three and four-bedroom homes in a range of styles. All will have a private garden and parking.
