Leeds property news: Pride of estate agency

Pudsey branch of Manning Stainton was named 2015 Branch of the Year at the agent's annual Pride Awards.

Two hundred colleagues from across the business attended the 15th staging of this prestigious event at the Hilton Hotel in Leeds which recognises the outstanding achievements of the area’s leading estate agency.

Sales director Mark Manning said: ‘Our branch of the year has thrived under the leadership of Dawn Carroll, achieving an impressive 25 per cent share of under offer properties to remain at the top of their marketplace.

Other big winners on the night included Jenny Archer (Newcomer of the Year), John Sheader (Lettings Specialist), Jo Murgatroyd (Mortgage Consultant of the Year) and the Head Office team who collected the award for Outstanding Contribution.

Meanwhile, Helen King from the Horsforth branch was named Negotiator of the Year, for the sixth consecutive time.

Manning Stainton has 19 residential sales and letting offices across West and North Yorkshire.

The team is also ready to take customer calls from 8am - 8pm every day.
