The Leeds homes were among nearly 30 lots which went under the hammer this week.
Auction House West Yorkshire, of Feast Field, Horsforth, had 27 lots for its live-stream auction, including investment opportunities and homes in need of refurbishment across Leeds.
It said 86 per cent of the lots sold, for a combined total of £2,648,000.
The 12 Leeds homes sold for a combined total of £1,092,500, against a combined guide price of £827,000.
Two three-bedroom, semi-detached homes on Tower Lane, Leeds, were withdrawn prior to the auction taking place, while a one-bedroom, second-floor flat on Southfield Mount, Armley, went unsold after bidding only reached £21,000.
