But where are they actually located, and how much would they really cost to buy?
We’ve looked at the latest property data to reveal how much these homes from shows including Coronation Street, Emmerdale and EastEnders would cost in today’s market.
The fictional homes - and their real life equivalents - range from a £188,000 terraced house near the coast to a stunning 17th-century country estate worth £11 million. The most expensive property is worth a cool £17.5 million.
The famous inhabitants include Harry Potter, Uncle Bryn from Gavin and Stacey, contestants on Traitors, and Ted Lasso.

7. Home Farm - £11 million
Home Farm in Emmerdale is almost certainly the most valuable property in soapland. The stunning 17th century Creskeld Hall, with 11 bedrooms and a 157-acre farm is located in Arthington, near Bramhope, in the pretty West Yorkshire countryside. 8. Not Going Out house - £860,000
In the long-running BBC sitcom Not Going Out, Lee and Lucy made the big move from a flat in London's Docklands to a detached house in sought-after Walton-on-Thames, Surrey, where they now live with their children, Charlie, Benji, and Molly. 9. 4 Privet Drive - £530,000
The eponymous hero of the Harry Potter books lives at 4 Privet Drive, a suburban semi in the fictional town of Little Whinging, Surrey. For the films, a house on Picket Close, Bracknell, pictured, was used. But based on clues within the books it has been surmised that Ashford, Surrey, is probably the closest fit for Little Whinging. 10. 65 Christleton Terrace - £400,000
Mercedes McQueen, played by Jennifer Metcalfe, pictured, is one of Hollyoaks' most famous characters. She lives at 65 Christleton Terrace in the show, which is set in the fictional village of Hollyoaks, a leafy suburb of Chester, but is mostly filmed in Liverpool. 11. Sex Education house - £1.5 million
Otis and Jean's home in the Netflix comedy drama series Sex Education is a stunning riverside house set in the lush countryside. The house in the Herefordshire village of Symonds Yat, overlooking the River Wye, actually went up for sale in 2023, with an asking price of £1.5 million. 12. 9 1/2 Paved Court - £585,000
Ted Lasso's home in the hit Apple TV+ comedy is located at 9 1/2 Paved Court, just off Richmond Green, in leafy South-West London. The lovable football coach, who enjoys proving everyone wrong, lives in a two-bed flat above a shop there.
