The most-searched-for figures from property website Zoopla reveal semi-detached homes are popular with those looking to move, while the most expensive property for sale in Leeds at the moment, as well as new-builds and detached homes also feature on the list.
Tom Parker, Zoopla consumer spokesman, said: “Family homes are the order of the day in Leeds, with the majority of the most-viewed homes having three or more bedrooms.
“Modern properties dominate the list, with the majority of home hunters looking for a family home that's ready to move into.”
