Summer is just one month away, and that means one thing: it’s a popular time to visit the pub.
When choosing what pub to visit next, you might want to look at its food hygiene rating.
Issued by the Food Standards Agency, a hygiene rating covers how food is handled, stored, and prepared, alongside the cleanliness of facilities and how food safety is managed.
In the first few months of 2026, 18 pubs across Leeds have received a hygiene rating score of five, which means hygiene standards are ‘very good’.
Here are all the pubs in Leeds that have received top scores this year so far.
