Summer of spices arrives at Trinity Kitchen with new street food vendors

Popular street food eatery Trinity Kitchen is dishing up a sizzling feast full of spice and flavour, as the new vendors arrive for the summer season.

Dim Sum Su, HECK! and Chez Joel have arrived at the unique eatery, alongside returning vendors Wanderer Junk Food, Chaat Cart and Thai Khrim.

The new arrivals will take residency for seven weeks, from Tuesday 17 July, ready to deliver a delicious summer selection for Leeds shoppers.

New to Trinity Kitchen, Chez Joel is bringing the finest French cuisine to the city, with beef bourguignon, French-style burgers and its signature marinated roast chicken on the menu, providing diners with a more luxurious lunch option.

Serving Chinese street food the way it's done in Hong Kong, Dim Sum Su specialises in the finest steamed buns, handmade dumplings, crispy wontons and pork bello bao, and prides itself on its bitesize, but incredibly moreish, food items.

Yorkshire based, family run business HECK! is dishing up tasty Heck dogs, veggie power bowls and its signature 'chicken meatzza', loaded with delicious pizza toppings.

Returning favourites

For vegans, Wanderer Junk Food returns for another stint, with cauffalo wings, 'chili chease dogs' and burgers, all on the menu.

Chaart Cart serves an array of authentic dishes created by memories from travels and family traditions, and is showcasing home-style south Indian cooking which draws on India's hunting and fishing traditions.

Thai Khrim will also be staying on, providing fresh Thai ice cream which is handcrafted in front of you and served with a mountain of toppings.

The new arrivals will be at Trinity Kitchen until Sunday 9 September and will trade alongside permanent outlets Chicago Rib Shack, Chip + Fish, Duck 'n Roll, Pho, Rola Wala, Tortilla and Absurd Bird.
