Popular Vietnamese restaurant confirms opening date for new Leeds city centre branch
Pho is on the move 🍜
A popular Vietnamese restaurant chain has confirmed when it will open the doors to its new Leeds city centre home – and is giving away free food to celebrate.
Pho will officially open its new restaurant at 50 Boar Lane on Friday September 18, as it moves from its current home in Trinity Kitchen.
The restaurant group, which specialises in Vietnamese street food, first arrived in Leeds in October 2013, opening in Trinity Kitchen in a kiosk-style format.

It will close its existing Leeds restaurant this Sunday, September 6, before reopening less than two weeks later in its new Boar Lane home.
Pho's move was first revealed last month, with the new restaurant taking over the former city centre site of a pub.
The chain was founded by Stephen and Jules Wall in 2005 and has since grown to restaurants across the UK, serving dishes including pho, Vietnamese curries, wok-fried noodles, rice bowls and fresh juices.
And to mark the move, Pho is planning a special opening day event – with customers able to get a bowl of pho for free.
The restaurant's ‘Free Pho Day’ will begin at midday on Friday, September 18.

It will be available on a first come, first served basis and while stocks last, with one pho per person for those eating in.
There will also be a soft launch ahead of the official opening, offering customers 50% off food.
Those wanting to be among the first to find out the soft launch dates and receive a booking link can sign up through Pho's Leeds website before September 7.
The new Boar Lane restaurant marks a change from Pho's original Leeds offering, with the chain moving from its kiosk-style Trinity Kitchen site to a standard sit-down restaurant.
The Trinity Kitchen site will close on Sunday, September 6, with Pho's new Boar Lane restaurant opening on Friday, September 18.
