Leeds' Bundobust launches 'Curry House Classic' menu for National Curry Week 2020

The popular Mill Hill bar and eatery will be serving up their re-imagined take on classic curry house dishes.

Kicking off the menu will be a twist on Britain's favourite meal - the Tikka Masala.

Being a vegetarian restaurant, the traditional chicken is swapped for tikka-marinated chargrilled squash.

Other classics include the Saag Aloo - spinach and new potatoes cooked with onions, ginger, and chilli - and the Vegetable Pilau - cumin and turmeric basmati rice with peas, fine beans, and carrot.

No curry house trip is complete without a tower of poppadoms, so Bundobust are reincarnating their house masala-dusted, bite-sized Poppadoms & Pickles - served with mango chutney, onion & tomato relish, and a green apple achaar.

All of the additional specials are also available together along with a portion of classic Bhajis, for just £20 in the Curry House Combo.

Bundobust Curry House Classics are available now to November 1.
