The worldwide celebration of scrumptious alcoholic mixes is on May 13 and luckily, there’s no shortage of cool cocktail bars in Leeds. Menus full of fruity infusions and creative, smoky spirits with all the classics on offer as well.
Here are 10 of the best places for cocktails across the city for you to choose from. Which concoction will you order first?
7. The Rooftop at East Parade
It's Leeds' secret rooftop terrace, where party-goers can sip on an alcoholic slushie while listening to live music overlooking the city centre. The Rooftop at East Parade is hidden by an entrance at the rear of the bar on Park Cross Street, and is guarded by a pass code which changes every day and can be accessed through The Rooftop’s Instagram page - @eastparaderooftop.
8. The Lost and Found
The Lost and Found on Greek Street is a popular cocktail bar which has previously been ranked as the number one spot for outdoor seating in Leeds. Enjoy drinks from the garden-themed cocktail menu, such as the Mythical Garden Martini or Tangled Teapot. Which one do you fancy?
9. Thewlis Cocktail Lounge
Thewlis Cocktail Lounge is a Park Row favourite. It offers premium cocktails and a vast selection of gins in very luxurious surroundings. With a 2 for £12 cocktail menu it'd be difficult to say no. (photo: Google)
