Alf-Inge Haaland joined the Whites in the summer of 1997 and would go on to play a part of a Leeds team who reached the semi-finals of the UEFA Cup and who also qualified for the Champions League. He scored eight goals in 74 league appearances for the Whites during this three seasons with the club.
