Plans were unveiled for a £100 million waterside development at Clarence Dock in the city centre . It was hoped the 14-acre site would comprise of a mix of leisure, residential, commercial and retail units. Pupils, parents and staff at a closure-threatened Leeds primary were celebrating after hearing it had been saved.
