A landlord was left counting the cost after a suspected arson attack at his pub while heavy gales brought chaos to the community's Tesco store. 2002 was also a year in which Seacroft had one eye on the past as well as the future. A photo-montage mural that captured LS14 in photos went on display at Seacroft Grange Primary while an exhibition of art telling the story of life in Seacroft by local children went on display at East Leeds Family Learning Centre.
