There are four ratings that can be awarded by CQC inspectors: outstanding, good, requires improvement and inadequate.
We have taken data from the commission’s inspections and listed eight of the outstanding GP services in West Yorkshire.
Further down, we have also listed eight of the GP services that require improvement, as well as two that have been rated inadequate.
