Tributes will be paid by the Trust in the coming days - allowing everyone that worked with him the opportunity to participate in remembrance of him.

A statement by Leeds NHS Foundation Trust said: "We have gathered some memories and thoughts from staff and service users to share with the family and these will be included in our arrangements to remember Steven.

"Some of these include: “Steve never failed to make me smile and laugh. He had a great sense of humour and a kind soul. I will miss him.” (From a colleague)

“Fly high with the Angels Steve, you will make them smile.” (From a colleague)
