Official Government figures show that since mid-January the rate of positive Covid cases per 100,000 people in Leeds has been falling. It's now down to 192.1 after almost six weeks in lockdown. But there is still a way to go to drive down the infection rate, Leeds Council's chief executive has warned. He tweeted: "Let’s keep the downward trend going and try and accelerate it by staying at home unless vital, keeping our distance and getting vaccinated when called by the NHS."
