The nine Leeds areas with the worst Covid infection rates as city enters Tier 3

The Covid infection rate is falling quickly across Leeds, with the council pushing for Tier 2 measures.

But for at least the next two weeks, people in Leeds will have to follow the strictest Tier 3 restrictions - with bars, restaurants and cafes closed to diners. The city's average Covid infection rate has dropped to 179.2 new cases per 100,000 people, that's down from 297.6 last week. But some Leeds neighbourhoods remain particular areas of concern, with higher rates of new infections than the rest of the city.
