The Government has reviewed tiers across England and the announcement on whether Leeds will move to Tier 4 or remain in Tier 3 is expected later today. The city's average rate of coronavirus infection now stands at 189.8 new cases per 100,000 people, up 33.1% from last week. But there have been large increases in some parts of Leeds.
