Is the latest lockdown in Leeds working?

Official Government figures show that since mid-January the rate of positive Covid cases per 100,000 people in Leeds has been falling. It's now down to 167.4. But infection rates vary across Leeds' Middle Super Output Areas (MSOAs), a geographic measure of about 8,000 people. Here we reveal the 17 Leeds areas which have seen case rates double in the seven days to February 18, compared to the previous seven days to February 11.
