The latest Government figures show there were 2,154 coronavirus cases recorded in Leeds in the seven days to December 31, an infection rate of 271.6 cases per 100,000 people. That's up 41.9 per cent from the previous seven day period. But infection rates vary across the city's Middle Super Output Areas (MSOA) - a geographic measure of approximately 7,200 people.
