From tributes to volunteering, rainbows to queues and everything in between - here are some of the most striking moments of the last 12 months:

7. First person to get vaccine
Sylvia Harris, 80, has now made a little piece of medical history of her own after becoming the first person in Leeds to receive the Covid vaccine. She told the YEP she was "overwhelmed" and thinks she was first in the line with her claim to being the oldest person employed by the NHS in Leeds.

8. Teddy Bear hunting
Children in West Leeds join 'teddy bear hunt' and track down cuddly toys during daily exercise allowance

9. Award winning charity work
Bramley Elderly Action, which started in 1994, has worked around the clock to provide vital support and activities for 1000 people aged 60 and over in Bramley, Swinnow and Stanningley in Leeds and has been a service that many are dependent on day-to-day.
