Leeds presenter launches daily TV workouts led by fitness celebrities

A presenter and businessman from Leeds has launched daily TV workouts featuring the country's top fitness celebrities.

Faris Fisher, of Leeds-based media firm BESTFIT, has launched the 20 minute daily workouts on the FreeSports channel.

The weekday shows are broadcast at 8am and 4pm and encourage people of all ages to stay active during lockdown.

Workouts will be led by fitness celebrities including MMA trainer Mike Wood, professional golfer Carly Booth, Hannah Spearritt formerly of S Club 7 and Yoga expert and Formula 1 TV presenter Alex Legouix.

The shows will also provide expert tips for lockdown survival including topics on mental health, working from home, nutrition and keeping the kids engaged.

All advertising revenue generated from each programme will be donated to the NHS staff on the frontline of the coronavirus pandemic.
