The Leeds areas with the highest rates of new Covid cases as West Yorkshire moves to Tier 3 lockdown

Leeds is moving into the most severe Tier 3 Covid alert level, with new measures in place from Monday.

It comes as the rate of new cases rises across every ward in the city, with the average infection rate now at 409. But some Leeds neighbourhoods have emerged as particular areas of concern, with the infection rate reaching more than 600 new cases per 100,000 people in 15 areas of the city.
