A staff member of a KFC in Yorkshire has tested positive for coronavirus.
The staff member at the Sprotbrough restaurant in Doncaster tested positive for the virus on Saturday, KFC told the Yorkshire Evening Post.
The incident has been described as 'isolated' by KFC and no other team member has been reported to have any symptoms since.
A KFC spokesperson said: “A team member at our Sprotbrough restaurant tested positive for coronavirus on Saturday. This is an isolated incident and no other team member has reported any symptoms since.
"The good news is the team member is feeling a little better and is currently self-isolating – as are three others who haven’t been infected, but were in contact with the affected team member.
"We’re doing all we can to support our teams, and have taken all necessary steps to maintain a safe, clean environment for our teams and guests.”
