Official Government figures show that since mid-January the rate of positive Covid cases per 100,000 people in Leeds has been falling. Leeds has now been in a lockdown for almost two months, but the figures show 32 out of 107 neighbourhoods have seen a rise in new infections. Horsforth East has seen rates of positive Covid cases rise from 0 to 126.3 cases per 100,000 people.
4. Boston Spa and Bramham
Boston Spa and Bramham has seen rates of positive Covid cases rise from 0 to 98.5 cases per 100,000 people.
5. Wetherby West
Wetherby West has seen rates of positive Covid cases rise from 0 to 76.1 cases per 100,000 people.
6. Leeds Dock, Hunslet and Stourton
Leeds Dock, Hunslet and Stourton has seen rates of positive Covid cases rise 237 per cent from 95.1 to 320.9 cases per 100,000 people.
