Is the latest lockdown in Leeds working?

Official Government figures show that since mid-January the rate of positive Covid cases per 100,000 people in Leeds has been falling. Leeds has now been in a lockdown for more than six weeks, but the figures show 31 out of 107 neighbourhoods have seen a rise in new infections.
