Leeds had a Covid-19 infection rate of 17.5 new cases per 100,000 people in the seven days to August 21, down from a rate of 19.5 in the previous seven days to August 14.

These are the 11 Leeds areas with the most confirmed new cases in the seven days to August 21. The figures are based on tests carried out in laboratories (pillar one of the Government’s testing programme) and in the wider community (pillar two). Data for the most recent three days (August 22-25) has been excluded as it is incomplete and likely to be revised. Pictures are for illustrative purposes only.
