Part time kitchen team member with Kitty Cafe

The Kitty Cafe works to find new homes for local rescues and abandoned cats, as well as operating as a cafe that allows customers to hang out with some lovely cats.

As a kitchen team member, the applicant will be preparing and producing quality food and drink as well as ensuring that the cafes service standards are met. It will be your duty to prepare, cook and present dishes.

The cafe is looking for someone who is enthusiastic, motivated, flexible and has a positive attitude. The applicant must be fluent in English and eligible to work in the UK. Kitchen experience is also required.

This job is permanent and part time, and the successful applicant will be expected to work on Saturdays and Sundays. The job advert doesn’t include the rate of pay or specific hours.

Front of house receptionist with Regent Street Clinic

Regent Street Clinic is a private medical clinic in Leeds city centre.

They’re looking for someone who is hardworking and is ready to develop a career in private healthcare. You don’t need to have previous experience of private healthcare, as full training will be provided.

They are, however, looking for someone who is friendly, has excellent communication skills, able to work independently and ideally has their own car.

This job is a full time, permanent position, however the listing doesn’t state salaries. Applicants need to be prepared to work until 6pm on weekdays, as well as on Saturday mornings.

Sales advisor with Sky

This role is based in the Leeds Contact Centre, where applicants will be helping potential customers set up new subscriptions for Sky products. You’ll also be helping existing customers who are looking to upgrade. The job listing states that you will be expected to hit certain targets.

The working shift patterns cover Monday to Sunday, 8:30am to 10pm.

Shift leader at Greggs

Greggs is hiring for a shift leader to join the management team at Albion Street in Leeds. Once your training is complete, you will be required to manage the store one Sunday in three.

You’ll be looking after the shop for a few hours a day, cleaning, stock counting, cashing up and undertake customer service roles. You’ll need to be able to serve customers in a friendly manner, prepare a variety of food items and ensure the shop is clean and tidy.

This is a full time, permanent position which pays a salary of between £24,000 to £28,000 per year.

Operations and Site Manager with The Morley Academy

The job posting states, “The successful applicant will take responsibility for the management of this secondary academy, associated facilities and student transport.

“They will be responsible for the management and development of specialist premises and site functions, leading on all aspects of Health & Safety, maintenance and security thereby ensuring a safe working environment.

“They will manage other site staff, including allocation and monitoring of work and performance appraisal and oversee external contractors working on site.”

The advert says that working hours may occasionally include split shifts and supporting events that take place outside of school hours which are held at the academy.

The company is looking for someone ideally with a current, clean D1 driving licence and a valid MiDAS certificate, but this isn’t a hard requirement if the applicant demonstrates that they are willing to be trained.

This role is subject to a six month probationary period and is full time at 37 hours per week. It pays a salary of between £26,999 and £28,785.
