The only Leeds branch is now at the White Rose
A major retailer has closed its only shop in Leeds city centre.
Clintons Cards has shut its shop on Commercial Street, with pictures showing the unit now empty and signs removed from the window.
Clintons Cards was previously located in a bigger unit in Commercial Street, before it shut that shop in 2023 and later opened the smaller branch nearby.
The card and gifts retailer has recently closed other shops across the UK, including in Harrogate.
The nearest branch is now in the White Rose shopping centre.
Clinton’s were contacted for comment.
