Leeds' newest coffee labatory opens on Swinegate Leeds with 50% off everything during 'Lab Mode'

Following the success of its Headingley coffee shop, the growing Leeds business has officially opened its city centre home and is currently inviting customers to experience its unique 'Lab Mode' soft launch.

The team have been using the last couple of weeks to perfect every detail; refining recipes, training the team and fine-tuning the overall customer experience before its full public launch.

To celebrate and give customers the opportunity to become part of the experiment, everything on the menu is available with 50% off until 7.30pm on Wednesday August 12. Customers simply need to pop in and enjoy the experience while the team perfects every element of the concept.

Inspired by the science of coffee, Caffeine Addict is designed to resemble a secret laboratory where the perfect coffee blend is created, the concept combines speciality coffee, experimental brewing techniques and bold interiors to create an experience that is both memorable and immersive.

A spokesperson said: "From the moment customers arrive, they are welcomed into a world where coffee is treated as a science.

"Laboratory-inspired design features, chemistry-inspired artwork and the brand's playful strapline, "Get your daily fix", celebrate the obsession behind creating the perfect cup."

Alongside classic favourites including Flat Whites, Cappuccinos and Americanos, guests can explore a menu of signature creations including the famous Black Snow Espresso Slush, artisan Cold Drip Coffee, Coffee Flight (a choice of three drinks), Tiramisu Latte and Affogato.

Freshly prepared salad bowls, homemade sandwiches and cakes are available throughout the day, alongside iced coolers, speciality teas and premium loose-leaf teas, making Caffeine Addict a destination for far more than just coffee.

Located on one of Leeds City Centre's busiest hospitality streets, the new coffee shop has been designed as a welcoming space whether customers are grabbing a coffee on their morning commute, meeting friends, taking a break from shopping or settling in to work remotely.

The opening also represents a continued investment in Leeds City Centre, bringing new jobs and another exciting independent hospitality business to one of the city's fastest-growing destinations.
