Hospitality venues like restaurants and pubs were allowed to reopen on April 12 but only outdoors, meaning there is no protection from the elements.

Tavassoli's Cafe + Grill is hugely popular in Leeds for its bottomless gyros deal, which does not start again until May 17 when indoor hospitality is set to reopen.
Currently, outdoor seating is on a walk-in basis and the business does not take bookings.
However, even the weather hasn't stopped people heading out for some Greek gyros and drinks, with the cafe sharing photographs of its busy outdoor area on social media.
