The Botanist in Trinity Leeds opens bookings for April - serving Aperol Spritz trees and plant pot cocktails
The Botanist has announced it will reopen its Leeds bar and restaurant on April 13.
Bookings for the venue's outdoor terrace, located in the Trinity Leeds shopping centre, are now available online.
The quirky Gastro-pub chain is popular for its selection of cocktails, including Aperol Spritz trees, plant pot cocktails and gin mixes.
The restaurant will also reopen its kitchen, offering pub classics such as fish and chips, steak and ale pie and a plant-based burger.
Under the Government's road map out of lockdown, restaurants and bars can reopen outdoor seating areas from April 12, subject to review.
Up to six people from different households, or two households, will be able to meet outdoors to drink or dine.
Several bars and restaurants in the city are already taking bookings for after this date.
Tickets for the 2021 Chow Down food and drink festival, 'designed around Covid', are now on sale.
