Tattu restaurant in Leeds reveals new dishes and delivery and collection service as it reopens this week

Contemporary Chinese restaurant Tattu will reopen its doors to the public in Leeds on Thursday and has been making plenty of preparations for its coronavirus comeback.

To prepare for reopening, the restaurant chain has developed a COVID-19 guide designed to deliver a unique and safe experience for guests choosing to dine at any of Tattu’s restaurants which are also Manchester, Birmingham and Edinburgh. It is available to view online to provide peace of mind to customers ahead of their visit knowing what to expect to keep guests and staff safe at all times.

Chefs have been busy in lockdown creating some new additions to the restaurant’s à la carte menu. They include a Surf and Turf Shumai with beef short rib and sticky red prawn (£10), Kung Po King Prawn with chilli, garlic and onion (£20) and a Banana Fritter dessert with caramel and shortbread (£8).

Tattu will also be catering for those at home with the launch of ‘Tattu to You’ - a new delivery and click and collect service designed to bring the Tattu experience to your door with an exclusive selection of its most loved dishes and cocktails including the infamous Skull Candy.

Orders can be placed online only at tattu.co.uk where diners can select an option of contact-free delivery with Deliveroo or click and collect from their nearest Tattu restaurant.

Tattu to You will also feature a scannable QR code that allows diners to link to an exclusive playlist of Tattu’s resident DJ mixes to recreate the famous vibe of the restaurants at home.

From Thursday, Tattu will initially be open Monday - Thursday from 5pm – 10.30pm, Friday and Saturday from 12pm - 10.30pm and Sunday from 12pm – 10pm.

Bookings can be made via tattu.co.uk only and will be limited to parties of up to six in line with current government guidelines. Advanced booking is required added a spokesperson for Tattu.
