Pubs, clubs and restaurants that won't reopen in Leeds on May 17
Pubs, bars and restaurants are expected to be able to reopen indoors next week.
It is expected that Mr Johnson will confirm that England can press ahead with the next phase out of lockdown from May 17, which allows more freedoms both in and outdoors.
Boris Johnson will hold a press conference in Downing Street later on Monday.
Sadly, these bars and restaurants in Leeds will not be reopening after announcing closures in 2020 and 2021.
