Great Yorkshire Vegan Market announced at Leeds Kirkgate with global street food, gifts and sweet treats
A 'vegan extravaganza' is set to take over Leeds Kirkgate Market this summer.
The Great Yorkshire Vegan Market has been announced for Sunday June 20, from 10am to 4pm.
There will be more than 80 stalls at the not-for-profit event, with all proceeds raised donated to animal welfare charities.
Vendors include street food from Greek Vegan Deli, Home Kitchen, Michael’s Caribbean Storehouse and Those Vegan Pizza Guys.
Sweet treats and tempting savoury bakes will be on offer from Vegan Sweet Tooth London, while Vork Pie will sell their range of vegan pork-style pies.
The event promises free food samples, vegan recipes and information on a plant-based lifestyle.
There will also be skincare, make-up and gifts on offer, such as vegan candles and vegan wax melts from Newshome Candles and luxury handmade skincare from iUVO.
Admission to the market costs £5 with free entry for under 16s. VIP tickets are available to purchase online and include fast track entry and a goody bag of vegan products.
