All shops have now reopened in Leeds city centre including non-essential shops that had closed during lockdown

Even Debenhams has reopened following the end of lockdown. The struggling chain is set to go into liquidation but the store in Leeds city centre is still open for now - and some shoppers are heading to find a bargain
3. Tier 3 lockdown begins
Of course the end of Lockdown 2 means the start of Tier 3 lockdown for Leeds. Shops can reopen, but household mixing is still banned

Pubs, bars and restaurants are also not allowed to reopen. The venues are allowed to do click and collect or delivery, but they cannot welcome customers through their doors. That's all due to Tier 3 restrictions.
