My Thai has been busy delivering over lockdown and is preparing to reopen its Merrion Centre and Old Steps restaurants. Stars of the menu include Gra Pow Moo Sub (wok fried minced pork with chilli, green beans, bamboo and holy basil) and Choo Chee Salmon (fillet of salmon in curry sauce with carrots, peppers and lime leaves)
