Clipper Logistics in Leeds welcomes new non-executive director

The Leeds-based firm said Ms Cross will chair the remuneration committee, and will be a member of the nomination and audit committees.

She is an experienced non-executive director, with FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 experience, and currently holds non-executive directorships with Coca Cola European Partners, Hilton Food Group and Zooplus AG.

Previously, Ms Cross served as a non-executive director on the boards of several retailers, including Next and Fenwick and was chief retail advisor to PwC for five years.

Clipper also announced that Stephen Robertson, current senior independent non-executive director and remuneration committee chairman, will step down from the board today, having completed his second three-year term as a non-executive director.
