Lovell has released a computer-generated fly-through video which showcases how its new development in South Otterington will look once it is finished

The short film takes the viewer down the main street within Saints Green at Peggy’s Field and into the four quiet cul-de-sacs planned at the development, demonstrating the different styles and sizes of properties along the way.

Viewers can get a feel for the varied street scenes being created on the site, which will be achieved through the use of a range of architectural features and materials typically seen in the local area, such as mottled red-brown brick, pantile roofs and white framed windows, as well as brick detailing and timber canopies above front doors.

Don Anderson, Managing Director for Lovell, said: “We are very excited to be able to release this computer-generated video which gives a good idea of what the new homes at Saints Green at Peggy’s Field will look like when they are completed.

“The video also represents an opportunity for house-hunters and local residents to see how this sustainable new neighbourhood will blend in with the surrounding environment, through the use of designs inspired by the local area, and with green spaces and tree-planting an integral part of the landscaping design.

“Work is progressing apace on the development and the build schedule should see us in a position to open a sales office in one of the bungalows in January 2025, with show homes to be unveiled in March.”

Lovell is building 42 homes at Saints Green at Peggy’s Field, off Stainthorpe Row. These include 30 private homes – a mix of 20 three and four-bedroom houses and 10 two-bedroom bungalows – and 12 affordable homes available for local people through low-cost rent or shared ownership, including four one-bedroom apartments and eight three and four-bedroom houses.

The first homes have been released for sale through Bridgfords estate agents located on High Street, Northallerton, with prices starting from £309,995.
