Our Yorkshire Farm warmed the hearts of the nation when it first hit TV screens in 2018, with viewers able to follow the lives of married farmers Amanda and Clive Owen, and their flock of children, on a remote hill farm in the Yorkshire Dales
The Channel 5 series has proved a popular hit with fans of the show, and is now set to return for its third season - here’s what you need to know.

Hide AdThe show follows the daily lives of Amanda Owen, also known as the Yorkshire Shepherdess, her husband Clive and their nine children.
Amanda is a sheep farmer, best-selling author, photographer, public speaker, and mother of nine.
Amanda's first book, named The Yorkshire Shepherdess, was published in April 2014. It offers readers both an honest and inspiring account of her transformation to a rural sheep farmer.
Where is the show filmed?
The show is mainly filmed on the family’s Ravenseat Farm, located near Swaledale, but also shows the family as they venture to other locations.

Hide AdFor example, season two showed Amanda and two of her children buying a new pony at Appleby Farm.
The family live 1,800 feet above sea level on a 2000 acre hill farm, where Amanda and Clive juggle busy farm life, tending to their flock of 1,000 sheep alongside their nine children.
Channel 5 explains the show is a “Documentary series set on the Owen family's remote farm in the Yorkshire Dales.”
When will the new series be on TV?
The new series, which will continue to follow the daily lives of the family as they navigate the seasons, will begin on Tuesday 14 July, at 9pm.

Fans of the show took to Twitter to express their delight with the news of a new series.

How many episodes will there be?
The previous two seasons have both featured four episodes each, showing the family as they navigate through autumn, summer, spring and winter with it likely that the new series will also follow suit.
