Geordie Shore's Gaz Beadle left 'shocked' on Leeds bin day

Everyone likes to have a moan about bin day - and it turns out reality TV stars are no different.

When former Geordie Shore star Gaz Beadle, who lives in Leeds with his partner and two children, woke to find his black bin missing, he checked his CCTV.

To his shock, it showed his bin falling into the council bin wagon when it was being emptied.

The 32-year-old rose to fame on MTV show Geordie Shore, which he starred in from 2011 - 2017.

Footage posted on Beadle's Instagram story shows the refuse collectors seemingly unfazed by the slip up.

Gaz said: "Today is bin today and everyone's collecting their bin and we've gone to collect our bin and our bin is not there.

"So obviously we've got cameras on where the bins are, we've checked the cameras and yeah - I am shocked."

His partner Emma McVey adds: "The bin man has binned the bin."

Gaz went on: "The bin wagon has ate our bin."

The bin men didn't take any action at the time and didn't let Gaz know, he said.

"So now we haven't got a black bin," he added.

"Here is the video footage - I'm going to tag Leeds Council in."

A Leeds City Council spokeswoman said: “On this occasion the bin appears to have slipped off the lift and fallen into the refuse vehicle.

"Our process when this happens is to order a new bin and provide the resident with a replacement.

"Gary’s replacement bin has been put on order and he has been notified it will be delivered to him shortly.”
