Serious runners seeking a personal best competed alongside charity runners at the colourful event - and, as usual, there was no shortage of imaginative fancy dress costumes.
This year's 10k was particularly joyful, after last year's event was cancelled by organisers Race For All due to the coronavirus pandemic, and today's competition had to be rescheduled from May 9.
